For universities

Reached on merit. Never because you paid to be there.

Cubico surfaces programmes by genuine fit, with the reasoning shown. There is no paid placement and no student data for sale. What we want from universities is simple: help us keep your programme and round data accurate, so students see the real entry requirements, deadlines, costs and essay prompts.

  • No pay-to-rank
  • No data for sale
  • Verified, dated data

Provenance kept: each fact shows where it came from and when it was checked. A counsellor's manual override always beats scraped data.

Where we draw the line

Four things Cubico will never do.

Most “free AI counsellors” are paid by the universities they recommend. That is the model we refuse. These are not marketing lines. They are hard rules in how Cubico is built.

Never sell student access

We do not sell, rent or hand over student profiles or contact lists to universities. Students are not a lead list, and discovery is not lead-gen.

Never offer pay-to-rank

There is no paid placement and no ranking boost. A cheque cannot move a programme up a student's matches or into a higher tier.

Never let money touch a score

Fit is deterministic Python on real signals: academics, entry requirements, cost, visa. Spend is not a signal and never enters the maths.

Never show a programme for pay

A student sees your programme because it genuinely fits them, with the reasoning shown, never because a budget bought it visibility.

A human counsellor stays accountable for every student, and Cubico never submits an application on anyone's behalf.

Accuracy is the whole relationship

When your data is right, students and admissions both win.

We are not selling you visibility. We are asking you to help the truth about your programmes reach the students it fits, which turns out to be good for everyone involved.

For the student

  • The real entry requirements for the specific programme and round, not a generic institution-wide figure.
  • Deadlines, international tuition and essay prompts that are current, dated, and traceable to a source.
  • Fewer wasted applications, because their matches are built on facts instead of guesswork.

For your university

  • Your programmes represented as they actually are, down to the round, not stale or second-hand information.
  • Applicants who are a genuine fit, reached on merit rather than on marketing spend.
  • Fewer mismatched, misinformed applications for your admissions team to sift through.
How the data is kept

Down to the programme, the round, and the date it was checked.

Accurate representation is not a single number next to your name. It is the right figure for the right programme and round, with a trail showing where it came from and how current it is.

Programme and round grain

UofT CS and UofT History have different cutoffs and deadlines. UCL Law and UCL Geography have different offers. We store each on its own programme and round, never on the university.

A last-checked date on every fact

Each entry requirement, deadline, cost and prompt carries the date it was last checked and where it came from. Students can see how fresh a fact is before they rely on it.

A human correction always wins

When a counsellor knows something a scraper missed (a mid-cycle change, a test-optional shift), their correction beats the scraped value. Fixes land straight away, without waiting for the next crawl.

Offers, cutoffs, deadlines and essay prompts live on the programme and round, never on the university row. A single number for the whole institution would be wrong for almost every student.

Help us represent your programmes accurately.

If you would like the entry requirements, deadlines, costs and prompts students see for your programmes to be correct, we would like to hear from you. No placement to buy, just a conversation about keeping the data honest.
